Description
Cephalopoda The Octupus aka "The Kraken" is an eight limbed mollusc. There are some 300 species in its class. An octopus can radically deform its shape and color enabling it to squeeze through small gaps in the coral and surrounding ocean floor to camoflage itself when avoiding predators or predating. This fascinating creature of the ocean inhabits various ocean habitats, including coral reefs, pelagic waters, and seabeds.
