The Hooknhide buckle manufacturing process begins and ends with an artist's eye. Once we have a design, each unique piece passes through an arduous eight-stage "lost wax" mold process, giving every buckle its own subtle characteristics. Made from a metal called "tumbaga", the buckle is hand - polished and branded with our HNH signature, ensuring its origin and numerical lineage.
